Book a Session About AcupunctureHow I Can Help
Women's hormonal health is complex and deeply connected to everything else in the body — sleep, stress, digestion, energy and mood. When hormones are out of balance, the effects ripple through every aspect of how you feel and function.
Acupuncture works by supporting the body's hormonal regulation systems. It helps reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs and regulate the hormonal feedback loops that govern your cycle and your mood. It is one of the most effective tools I have for women dealing with hormonal issues that haven't responded well to other treatments.
I also combine acupuncture with nutritional therapy for many of my women's health clients, because what you eat has a profound effect on how your hormones behave. Together the two approaches are significantly more powerful than either on its own.

What to Expect
Every woman who comes to see me gets a full health assessment at her first appointment. I look at your cycle history, your symptoms, your stress, your sleep and your nutrition — because all of these feed into your hormonal picture.
Treatment is then built around what I find. For most women's health conditions I recommend beginning with a course of six to eight acupuncture sessions, often alongside nutritional recommendations that support hormone production and clearance.
I also offer online nutritional therapy consultations for women outside North Dublin who want to address the nutritional side of their hormonal health.
Book Your First Session“Women's hormonal health is the area I am most passionate about. So many women are told their symptoms are just part of being a woman. They're not. There is almost always something we can do to make things significantly better.”
