Nutritional Therapist · North Dublin & Online
Personalised nutritional therapy in Dublin for women who are done with generic advice.
Jennifer Creedon is a Registered Nutritional Therapist (NTOI, CNHC) with a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. You have tried eating well. You have cut things out, added things in and started over more times than you can count. If it still is not working, the problem is not you. Nobody has looked at why yet. That is what nutritional therapy does.

You are eating reasonably well, trying to look after yourself, maybe taking supplements. But the tiredness will not shift. The weight will not budge. Your digestion is unpredictable and your hormones feel completely out of control.
You have probably had blood tests that came back normal. Been told everything is fine. That gap between what the tests say and how you actually feel is exactly where I work.
Nutritional therapy looks at the root cause. Your gut, your hormones, your blood sugar, your stress. Then we build a realistic plan around your actual life. One that does not require you to be perfect to see results.
Available in person across North Dublin including Swords, Malahide, Clontarf, Drumcondra, Glasnevin and Santry, and online throughout Ireland and the UK.

The Programme
Most nutrition clients see a therapist once and leave with a plan they never fully implement. This programme is structured differently. Sessions are spaced to suit your progress and your schedule, not a rigid calendar.
Month One
We start with a deep, unhurried look at everything. Your full health history, your hormones, your gut, your stress, your sleep. You leave with a clear personalised plan and practical starting points. Your follow-up session happens within the same month, usually two to three weeks later, so we can review how you are getting on while everything is still fresh.
Month Two
This is where most people fall off with generic plans. Life gets in the way. We troubleshoot what is working, adjust what is not, and make sure the plan fits around your real week. An email check-in between sessions means you are never left struggling on your own.
Month Three
By now things are shifting. This final month is about locking in what is working, building habits that do not rely on willpower, and giving you a clear roadmap so you can continue confidently on your own.
Pricing
Four sessions spread across three months, a full written plan, email support between every session and a clear roadmap built entirely around you.
A standalone 90-minute consultation for those who want clarity before committing to a full programme, or who only need a one-off assessment.
A useful first step. Real, lasting change takes time but this gives you a clear and honest picture of where to start.

Sustainable weight loss without extreme dieting. We find out why your body is holding on to weight and address the root cause rather than just the calories.
PMS, perimenopause, irregular cycles, PCOS. Nutrition plays a huge role in how your body produces, uses and clears hormones and there is a lot we can do.
IBS, bloating, constipation, food intolerances. The gut is central to almost everything else in the body. When it is not working well, nothing else works well either.
Persistent tiredness, afternoon crashes, reliance on caffeine. Nutritional deficiencies and blood sugar dysregulation are two of the most common and most overlooked drivers of fatigue.
Anxiety, low mood, brain fog, poor concentration. The gut-brain connection is real and what you eat has a direct impact on how you feel mentally as well as physically.
Autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, diabetes, skin conditions. Nutritional therapy works alongside conventional medicine to support your body from the inside out.
“The combination of acupuncture and nutrition is the most powerful thing I offer. When both are working together the results are in a different league.”Jennifer Creedon
A more complete approach
Many of my clients do both and there is a very good reason for that. Nutritional therapy addresses what you are putting into your body. Acupuncture addresses how your body is responding to it your nervous system, your stress hormones, your inflammation levels, your sleep.
When both are working together you are not just eating better. Your body is actually in a state where it can absorb, process and respond to the changes you are making.

Common Questions
Nutritional therapy can support a wide range of health concerns including persistent fatigue, hormonal imbalances, PMS and perimenopause, digestive issues like IBS and bloating, weight management, blood sugar problems, anxiety, brain fog and skin conditions. If you are not sure whether your symptoms are something Jennifer works with, get in touch — the answer is usually yes.
Yes. All consultations are available online as well as in person in North Dublin. Jennifer works with clients across Ireland and the UK. Online sessions are just as thorough as in-person appointments and many clients prefer the flexibility.
This depends on your goals and how complex your health picture is. The 3-month programme includes four sessions and is designed to get to the root cause and create lasting change. A standalone Health Discovery Session is also available for those who want clarity before committing to a full programme.
Yes, and in a very different way to calorie-focused dieting. If your weight is not shifting despite eating well and exercising, there is usually an underlying reason — hormonal imbalance, blood sugar dysregulation, gut health issues or chronic stress. Nutritional therapy identifies and addresses those root causes rather than just restricting what you eat.
No referral is needed. You can book directly. Nutritional therapy works well alongside conventional medical care and Jennifer will always recommend you continue to work with your GP where appropriate.
